Terms

Terms of service

Draft. The sections below are the ones the terms will have; the contract that counts is the services agreement signed with each studio, sent before any commitment.

1. Who provides the service

The provider, with its office in Lisbon, Portugal — full identification published here as soon as the company is registered.

2. What is included

The plan you signed for, as described on the pricing page on the date of signature, with everything listed there included — migration, launch and training — and no set-up fee. Features released inside the plan arrive without a change of price.

3. Price, term and invoicing

Per organisation, per month, excluding VAT, on an initial 12-month term invoiced monthly. Prepay the first year and the price is locked for 24 months. There are no discounts: when it makes sense to give more, we add a bonus. Price changes are announced 60 days ahead and never inside a locked or prepaid period.

4. Guarantees

The four guarantees published on the pricing page are part of the contract: live in 30 days, next month's schedule published in under 30 minutes, 90 days to change your mind, and every enquiry answered. We do not promise enrolments — that outcome is the studio's.

5. Your data and your content

The content, the photographs and the student data belong to the studio. We license the platform; we acquire no rights over what is published on it, and we never use one customer's data for another.

6. Availability and support

Response times according to the plan — one working day, or four hours with a named contact on The Network. Planned maintenance is announced; incidents are reported.

7. Cancellation and leaving

At the end of the term, or at any time on the terms agreed: a full export of the data and content, 30 days of read-only access, then deletion. In the first 90 days we refund the last month.

8. Liability

The usual limits in a software-as-a-service contract, with the exceptions Portuguese law does not allow to be excluded. The detail is in the signed agreement.

9. Governing law

Portuguese law. Before any court, a conversation — and, for consumers, the Livro de Reclamações and the alternative dispute resolution bodies linked in the footer.
